Joint Pain
Ignoring joint pain,
will cost you nothing but harm
People always undermine their pain on the pretext of having the capacity to bear it or just because they consider it to be a stress related pain. I have come across many cases where the patients considered consulting a doctor or going for an over the counter medication only when the pain became excruciating. A delay in starting medication for joint pain may aggravate the injury to the joints and the damage done may become intractable. As a doctor, I would suggest people not to ignore recurrent joint pain and start an over the counter medication immediately if they do not wish to go for surgeries or are wary of using drugs which have side effects.
